Guidelines Issued by K2 Management for Interaction with the Customers Keeping the safety and
well-being of our customers as well as our technicians, we will service/install
your HVAC system under the following guidelines
–
Our technicians will wear masks, gloves, disposeable shoe covers, head caps,
and gowns.
–
Our technicians will maintain a social distance minimum of 6 feet with the
customers.
–
Our technicians will only work on the tools that they bring along with them and
interact only with the machines that they come to work on.
–
Our technicians will make thorough use of sanitizers and make sure to not touch
anything not to be used in the maintenance work in your house.
–
Due to the on-going threat, we prefer to receive digital payments – no paper
currency, please. If a cheque has to be handed over, please provide it in a
sealed envelope.
–
We recommend only one person in the household to stay with the technicians if
required.
These precautions are strictly adopted at K2 premises as well as
followed by the technicians. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR
EVERY ONE TO FOLLOW AS PER RECOMMENDATION OF WHO:
–
Keep your hands germs free; wash them regularly with soap or using a sanitizer
or an alcohol-based hand rubs.
–
If you see someone coughing or sneezing keep a 1-meter distance from them.
–
Avoid touching your face.
–
Cover your mouth and nose while coughing or sneezing.
–
If you feel unwell stay at home and quarantine yourself.
–
Refrain from unhealthy habits that weaken the lungs, like smoking.
–
Avoid crowded places, unnecessary travel, and gatherings of any sort.
